"Great place to stay near the Ulsan downtown area. So many dining options around. The hotel was quiet even though it is located in the busy area. Only one drawback during my stay was the elevators under construction so it took a while for me to get on and off. "

"The room condition was OK but the bed was bit harder than usual and underneath of bed sheet, the mattress was covered with a vinyl which was not nice. Breakfast is very simple, toast, egg, bacon, ham, cheese, small salad, instant noodle and kimbob. Since I stayed here during my business trip, it was OK."

"The owners were very nice and friendly. This is an ex service apartment with cooking facilities. Owners provide bread, etc for breakfast to self prepare , which is fine with generous quantity and drinks. Location is within neighbourhood homes and this place needs upgrading to be a hotel. Interior designer to change the current clutters in the room."
