it's difficult to speak badly of a place in dt Toronto at this price, but it was pretty dilapidated. we were in for a punk show and it seemed appropriate. I'd stay again

The place was in a good area that you and a lot of options to go out to eat and take the transport. The room was nicely furnished and had a space to cook if needed

Pros about this property: -renovated bathroom with a nice walk-in shower - nice parking spot -well located - air conditioning and cable TV -nice bed-sheets - convenient kitchen and closet in our bedroom - good wi-fi Cons: - there´s no sign, so it was difficult to find the property. - dirtiness: cutlery, microwave, floor of the walk-in closet, kitchen table and TV were all dirty. - there was just one garbage bin, and it would be nice to have one in the kitchen and another one in the bathroom. - staff is not always available. One time I run out of toilet paper and I had to go outside and buy it because for a long time no one showed up. - super noisy air conditioner. It was so loud that we could not use it.

Hard to find front door. Poor signage. Entry is actually in the rear of building, off a different street entirely.
