Purchased breakfast for 2 days thinking it was as the other 4 restaurants we stayed in Japan which were buffet style. We were Very disappointed with the breakfast they offered, very limited-only 4 choices. Coffee was powder-coffee in a carafe - horrible. For the 2nd day we got sick and asked the staff for the nearest clinic. They were very helpful and directed us to a hospital. On checking out the bags we asked if we can be reimbursed for the breakfast tickets not utilized due to illness. The front desk clerk went to ask management. Their response: once paid for the ticket they can not refund for the amount paid. Customer service should improve in this regard.
The look of the hotel inside must improve: it is too dark not conducive to a peaceful feeling. Should brighten up.
