Bedside lights button was too high and you had to get out of bed to turn them off/on Hard to open curtains behind sofa as you had to lean/climb on to it as it was a corner curved window. No face towels and hard to get into shower if you were a large person "

"Missed a flight and was able to procure a room for the night at the Ridges SAH. The cleanliness, aesthetics, and comfort have been among the best I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend. Price Note: Book through Expedia and it is usually a substantial amount cheaper and only took approx. 20-30 minutes from the time of booking to the time the reservation shows up in their (the hotel's) systems. Very helpful and happy staff on top of it all made the experience that much sweeter. Thank you RSAH"
