Good location. Walkable to harbour or easy access to train to harbour. Ferry close by as well. Big grocery chain and lots of shopping up the street. Staff responded quickly if we needed something. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfy bed too.

They have everything you need and in a prime location for everything inner city. I also got to view the fireworks straight from the landing platform at Darling Harbour. Will def stay there again.

Comfortable bed, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Toaster would have been nice. Pool was lovely. Hot tub was not hot and it was foamy. Room itself was tired. There was no information at check in about lack of housekeeping and how to get supplies. It was a very frustrating stay overall.

The apartment was lovely, plenty of space and was very clean. Went to the spa and after a minute noticed all this dirty foam which made me feel gross. Staff were lovely however I suggested they check the alarm clock as when it went off at 5am it was super annoying.

We love this place, it's quiet and safe. The location is great and easy to walk around. Train station/groceries is 5mins away. The pool/gym was great too and we enjoyed our stay there! Will definitely come back.

The location of the hotel is centrally located where you can just walk to Dahrlung harbor and China town as well as closed by all the shopping areas. Hotel lobby smells so nice and clean . All the staff are friendly.
