"We have had the best experience during our stay in Zermatt; the receptionist/I forgot to get her name, is wonderful & super helpful. The room is spotlessly clean; the room that we were given is just perfect; it directly faces Matterhorn and we were welcomed by the stunning view of this “magic mountain” early this morning; it has made our day.
