Very poor and rude customer service and apartment lacking basic amenities So first of all booked Ocean view apartment and they decided to change it and give me City view apartment, there pretty noisy; it’s sad that Expedia ke giving this option and customer service says it’s upto then who will get it! "The biggest problem was the communication with the owner of appartments. They mentioned a whattsapp number for any question or issues while they have not checked it for a couple of dats at all. Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. "This was a Gem! We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor. It was So cozy and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated.
