"The first night i spent there a random staff member just walked into my room, had a keycard and just walked right in. 2nd day i went out and came back my keycard wasnt working. As they had some confusion with another guest who claimed he was checked into my room. When they tried to rectify the matter the staff could not find my reservation on the system even though i checked in successfully the day before. Was just crazy."
