"Comfortable motel ensuited room. The staff are excellent, attentive and dealt with my two issues very professionally and quickly. My rating reflects the noise I experienced. I stayed 3 nights Thursday to Sunday - Thursday perfectly quiet location but Friday & Saturday nights around 1am I was waken by returning guests. Apart from this the room is located in a very central position in St Kilda and is generally quiet and with great staff so would recommend."

"Warm and comfortable though the windows could do with thicker curtains for the winter. I would've recommended the radiant panel heaters over their very powerful and easy to use dual system air con, while it's clearly a beast, it's an inefficient form of heating that fades the minute it's off to the plus it dries you out something shocking! They have spa baths as standard! Fantastic! Probably isn't the fanciest place out there, but for nice location, "

"After confirmation where we were supposed to collect keys at the apartment, we were told to collect our keys from a local 7/11, after getting lost, we then had trouble working out where to park, no information was provided and there are two entry points to the building. Thank god someone was in the lift to show us how to use the sensor to get to our floor or else were would have been sleeping on the streets.
