"Southern Oak yet is a very nice hotel. I know it’s a two star hotel but the price she couldn’t go wrong southern Oaks in is very clean. Their rooms are very clean. Their beds are very very comfortable. This is my 10th stay at Southern Oaks and will continue to stay because of the free shuttle. The location is just great, and always have a good time in Saint Augustine "

"We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Location was great. It was clean, comfortable and updated, but a little on the small side. Our only negative was there is a jazz club behind the building and the music comes through the walls rather loudly until about 12:45 a.m. making for a disturbed sleep. Front desk check in ver nice and helpful. Priced reasonably. Nice lookout deck facing the main road and water way. Close to everything in the Historic district. Highly recommend this location "
