This hotel is on the way to being condemned it’s not clean and out dated plus they charge my credit card a Security fee of almost 200 dollars which is ridiculous.

This property is falling apart. Leaky ceiling in the pool. The rooms have lifted tiles in the ceiling, mold in the bathroom.

We choose Ramada Inn for our 1 night stay for the convenient location and the pool. To our disappointment the pool was CLOSED! First disappointment, second our AC unit wasn’t working! Went to the front desk to report the AC on way out for dinner we were told that maintenance will be contacted and should be able to check it out right away. We returned from dinner to again no AC! I started pushing the buttons on the power plug of the unit and finally it came on! Third wanted to watch the Mariners game but couldn’t find the station was trying to use the phone to call front desk, the phone was dirty and didn’t have a face plate to indicate what to dial for the front desk! So went down to the front desk to let them know I fixed the AC and asked for a TV station guide which I was told they didn’t have and I could just look on Google for a search of stations from the TV provider listed on the remote! I will say the room was clean, the bed comfortable and quiet. So if you’re looking to spend more for a better motel/hotel DO SO!

When I arrived I received a room. It was occupied by a guest who said this is the second time it happened. I was given a new room. The staff member was by herself and had to leave the lobby several times to help guests. Although she was very busy. She was very positive and friendly.
