The employees are friendly and very helpful.
Our main issue was the very noisy air conditioning in the room, which made it hard to sleep. We cut our trip short because we couldn't deal with the noise. I used earplugs but still had difficulty sleeping.
There is no blackout curtain in the room either, so the sunlight woke us up earlier than we wanted. Close the bathroom sliding door because the nightlight might disrupt your sleep. I also recommend turning the alarm clock down because it also emits a strong light.
As others have mentioned, there's no lock on the bathroom door. Not sure why they designed it that way.
The online photos of the rooms don't really match reality, and we didn't find the bed or pillows comfortable.
I have a feeling a very tall man designed the rooms, because the showerhead is very high (it was hard for me to reach, I had to ask my husband to move it), and the light switch power outlet by the beds are much higher than at any other hotel I've seen, so you can't reach from bed if you're lying down.
I saw other reviews complaining about the free breakfast, but come on, it's free, what do you expect? We didn't like it or the coffee, so we went to a nearby coffee shop instead.
We won't stay here again but if they change the noisy air conditioning and update the beds fixtures we might come back.
