"We just spent two nights at St James and we loved it. It it right in front lot the Knysna lagoon and offers a great boat ride to all guests, which we enjoyed. We were upgraded on arrival by the very kind staff who man the reception. Knysna is a very interesting destination, we loved the Two Heads excursion to the ocean. We recommend Dt James to all travellers to Knysna and we would like to thank the staff for the very profesional and kind atttitude."

Location and property are absolutely beautiful, but unwalkable from downtown Franschhoek, so you'll need a rental car or us their recommended taxi service via Whatsapp if you plan to drink lots of wine. "This trip was amazing and had it not been already it would now certainly be on our bucket list. From the moment we arrived the accommodation and the staff were perfect and everyone couldn’t have done anything more to ensure that we had a fantastic time. We honestly couldn’t find fault with anything. We feel that we need to make mention of our safari tour driver guide Thuli, her knowledge of all the animals and surroundings was really impressive and she ensured that we got to see all the big 5 and so much more. An amazing trip from start to finish. "
