"I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. Expedia was not helpful on helping me retrieve my my back because supposedly their was a glitch in their system. It really put me and my family in a bad spot! Great spot, clean and safe for teenagers
"Brought my daughter down for Father’s Day. My biggest concern is always safety and Puerto Rico is pretty wild, but this end of the island and specifically this resort are incredibly safe, multiple gate checkpoints to get in, had no issue with my 18 year old daughter and her fiends walking around the property and I would have had a panic attack if they were alone anywhere else on the island. "
