"The location right across the street from Central Park is fantastic for the price, especially considering this hotel is literally next door to The Plaza where Home Alone 2 was filmed. Also, the bed was the best I’ve ever slept on."

"This hotel was so wonderful! Especially staff at the front door, one of the men made sure to greet my friend and I every morning and evening with a smile and so much positive energy. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the service was phenomenal. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff!!"

"I loved the hotel - the reception staff were great! The restaurant staff were horrible. Ignored us. When we finally got our order it was because we had to get another staff to help us. One night we had to get the hostess track our waitress down so we could pay our bill. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurants or bars to others. "

"I’m not a fan of the gay culture, at all. I actually don’r care unless it’s ststematically pushed in my face. Here it is. Wokeness is in the air. I wasn’t aware before i reserved. But overall the hotel is well worth the money, especially given it’s relatively cheap comparing. Location is excellent. The concierge staff could be friendlier and more polite - after all, I’m the client here. "
