Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao South
3.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, 89 reviews
"Front desk people speaks loud at me to prove they are right. Almost yelled at me. It's incredible. You can see that the service is very poor. I booked this Mercure because the one at Jiuting is closed at that time. If you have the choice, book Mercure Jiuting instead. No bad surprise for sure there."
Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao South
Vienna International Hotel Shanghai South Railway Station
2.0 star property
6.6 out of 10, 15 reviews
"The hotel was very hard to find. None of the taxi drivers knew where it was. Even when i got to the hotel, i didn't recognize it because it looks nothing like the photo they have on the website. The map that Hotels.com offered was completely wrong. The staff spoke almost no english, and couldn't even tell me where to get my clothing pressed. Over my two night stay, my room was never made, nor where my towels ever changed. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to."
