"WE ENJOYED OUR STAY HERE VERY MUCH. IN FACT IT WAS PERFECT! THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND EXTREMELY WELL LOCATED, JUST A STEP OUT OF THE BACK DOOR TO THE OLD CITY. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ARRANGED A TOUR FOR US TO TRAFNIK THAT WAS A HIGHLIGHT. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. WE LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS A FAMILY-RUN HOTEL."

"Situated 5 minutes from the old Town. Nice owners. The room was nice and there was a large common terrace that we all could use, incl the owner. There was a small kitchen where you could prepare your beakfast and bring to the terrace. They also do laundry."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights . The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price."

"Stay was absolutely brilliant. Loved the hotel and the city. Our room got upgraded and the room we had was massive. Very clean, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, as were all the people in Sarajevo. Will definitely be back and we would definitely stay in this hotel again. Hotel very central ad the name suggests and can walk anywhere in the city. Brilliant stay and would definitely recommend "

"My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. Unfortunately, the owner spoke very little English, leading to many misunderstandings. The worst part which led to a bad feeling: I asked him if he could arrange a cab to pick me up on the day of my departure.(Mind you, I was using Google Translate) He said it would be 15 Euros for the whole trip. After cab brought me to airport, I realized this was a lie. This was NOT a communication error. Owner scammed me out of 15 Euros"

"The hotel was really far away from everything but I think the most frustrating thing was that the 24hr front desk isn't actually 24 hours. It's only staffed during certain hours and if your bus or train is late and you don't have a way to contact them you're pretty much screwed with fining anybody around. I wouldn't stay there again. I spent so much on taxis that I may as well have stayed at a higher priced hotel closer in to everything. There's not even a restaurant withing 20 minutes...

"First visit to Sarajevo. Excellent hotel and staff. Gave me a free room upgrade a check in. Wonderful breakfast buffet plus also made to order items, too! Short walk to the old town. Sarajevo a fabulous mix of cultures and old and new lifestyles. Will return soon!"
