The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, go above and beyond to help you during your stay whether it’s advice on buses or day trips, recommendations for restaurants etc and are just generally lovely to chat with. The hotel itself is lovely and the pool is perfect, relaxing and quiet but plenty big enough for lots of people to enjoy at once. The room was spacious and clean. "Such a delightful place to stay! Really beautiful property with a great view. Location is perfect, it’s a super quick walk to fira’s main square. Loved my room it was comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom. Felt incredibly safe my entire stay here. The hotel also has laundry service, which was very convenient, and a nice breakfast service that’s delivered to your room. The staff here is great, it seemed to be family run(or at least partly) and they were all genuinely lovely people....
