"This hotel is cozy and nice. Located at a good place to walk around and shop/eat. Morning breakfast options were decent as well The front desk guy is rockstar. He was extremely helpful and patient with tourists like us. Only reason why I could not give 5 stars is because of the AC issues. They weren't resolved in the one night stay we had but it didn't ruin the night much luckily. "

We expected there to be a kettle in the room as this was mentioned on the website but there wasn't. We asked reception for some hot water the next morning and she was very rude and eventually said she would fill one travel mug.
