"Very good service staff (particularly Lien Chau and Lien Nguyen) at the reception and the restaurant respectively. Both were polite, attentive, very helpful and pleasant. Overall a beautiful hotel at the top of a hill, easy walking distance to the town, not far from Sun Plaza where we took the train to cable car station. Just don't go to the peak on a public holiday as the queue is horrendous. We waited 5 hours just to get to the top!"

"This was an amazing small hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The hosts are a couple who are incredibly helpful! They gave us information about the surrounding areas and accommodated our every need. The rooms were modern and very comfortable with a great view of the mountains. For the price, there is nowhere better to stay in Sa Pa!"

"This hotel is in renovation. Do not book until those renovations are done.( I would say 2024). We were given a room that was on the top floor, had a great view, but was unfinished!!( Of course no other rooms were available)The phone was there but did not work, the internet was either weak or most of the time useless, the hot water was lukewarm at best ( and hence using only that, the pressure was definitely not there to wash my hair..), so impossible to take a bath in the beautiful tub beside...

"Stay was so-so. Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived - sink was not cleaned and had hair/toothpaste stains, there was garbage in the garbage can. You could plug in either the tv or the fridge but not both! The reception was usually empty, and often the lights would be off and you would have to feel your way to the stairs.
