The shower leaked all over the room and the room smelled like sewer. The only plus was it had a lift and was walking distance from the train station. However a street car ran along the street adjacent to the hotel, and even on the fifth floor it was loud and hard to sleep.

Just on way home from a 3 night break away exploring Rome with my husband and two children aged 7 and 11. Didn’t spend much time at hotel apart from to sleep but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was busy outside but the rooms were quiet. After check out they looked after our bags until we were ready to leave for the airport

Lobby is a little different than we were used to but once, Room was clean and handled our family of four well for a night. Enjoyer the location as it was an easy walk from Termini station. Good restaurants nearby also.

The one thing we liked about the property was its location to restaurants and Rome-Termini train station. What we did not like was the dirt everywhere on the stairwell, elevator shafts, the travertine hard bed mattresses. We also, did not like the lack of an easy access ice machine for guests, as both my wife and I drink a lot of water and we prefer cold, especially when the temperature in Rome were in the mid-30's and higher.
