I love the remodel that they have made Doubletree in Rocky. The front desk customer service were very pleasant and helpful. I will book with them the next time I go to Rocky Mount, NC

Fitness room did not have water. Fitness room didn’t have water Room was dark (lighting dull and yellow). Bathroom fan loud. Heat/AC unit loud n didn’t keep a stable temp all night. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Room Smelled like chemicals. Pool was unkept and hot tub unkept, cold and not available. Unfortunately, I’m booked there tomorrow night as well (en route back home) and I am not looking forward to the experience. The pictures online looked amazing.

The room was a little dated but okay, could use attention to repair light switch covers and wipe food/drink splashes off the walls. Staff was friendly and hotel overall felt safe.
