We were able to check in a little early which was helpful with our appt at Mayo. Room was clea, bed comfortable.

Convenient location. Breakfast was the same thing everyday, only had biscuits and gravy the first day, then they had an out of order sign on the gravy warming unit. And couple days there was rotten oranges put out

Great staff. The property is in need of repair. The carpet and floor tile grout are filthy. The sheetrock tape on the ceiling is peeling away. The desk light did not work. The toilet seat is loose and the cap over the tightening screw is missing. No directions on how to operate the TV. A bucket located in the hallway is used to catch dripping water. The place is tired and needs some TLC.

It’s a quiet property that’s close to many things including the Mayo Clinic. Both queen beds had a terrible slope towards the middle and were not pillow tops as described unfortunately. The signal for the television kept cutting out while I was watching some tv and, there was a lightbulb missing from one of the fixtures. When I turned on the shower I went to change the setting on the shower head and the entire thing fell off due to it not being screwed onto the threads properly.The waffles and yogurt were good and the cleaning staff was very nice. Reception wasn’t overly welcoming but the woman who checked me in seemed to warm up a bit. Overall it was ok, I guess from the description, pictures and the price range, I thought it would be a little bit more comfortable, cozy and welcoming.
