"Great view. Room exactly as portrayed with walk-out balcony. One of the two armchairs should be replaced with an Ottoman for more comfort. One downside was noisy HVAC fan when it started and ran. Location was convenient. Parking was public, either on street (2 hr/$7 9am-6pm; 4 hr/$4 6pm-10pm, all 7 days) or in underground lot, without in/out privileges, not overnight. Helpful staff."
