"A hidden gem on the hillside. The staff was lovely and sweet, the room large and clean, the shower great. Highlight was breakfast on the rooftop. Downside are all the tight narrow steps. Also our room was placed in the worst spot possible. Next to the office and zero view with useless windows. But we arrived late and left early so it didn’t matter. "

"From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed and looked after. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly work incredibly hard. "This is an excellent hotel, with great staff and good location. The food was amazing and the overall standards were high on every count. This hotel has dining / eating facilities 24 hours a day! There are a few, very minor, negatives. The housekeeping staff were quite noisy outside the room in the corridor in a morning. Despite the do not disturb sign displayed on our door, one of the maids persistently knocked on the door. Also, the mini bar should be refreshed every second day - it wasn't....
