PROS: Absolutely LOVE the spaciousness of the suites. LOVE the second 1/2 bath. Just a must! LOVE that all suites are nonsmoking! Nothing like having one room non smoking and the next smoking... I LOVE the idea of the pool and hot tub being created on the rooftop! Absolutely a GREAT idea! I can only imagine that the cost of staying there may increase as it; in my own imagination, become a great Resort (not just a hotel) one day! Hopefully, not, but I think prices may increase...
CONS: In the suites, there is a lot of "dead space", IE, not enough furniture. Almost seems like an afterthought of where placed furniture would go. Absolutely needs more lighting... especially in wet bar nook and primary bedroom. There were a little hiccups with telephones and tv needing to be rebooted. I know those are just small issues, but it's like a "papercut", not a significant cut but bothersome throughout our stay. Just one more small issue I had... the soap in general... the hand soap, shampoo and body wash... none of which any of them lathered up... it was a bit frustrating to wash hands and body without any kind of lather whatsoever. The only lathering was the shampoo at minimum and one had to use A LOT of it! One would have to argue, using massive amount of product and replacing it constantly OR purchasing a more upgraded shampoo/hand soap etc. in more concentrated formula and not have to replenish as much... It smells GREAT, but it doesn't work. My humble opinion.
