Very pretty historical building and nice rooftop bar. Service was attentive and friendly by front desk, valet and servers. The negative the rooms are high ceilings with large windows the hotel is only 5 stories so extremely loud street noise in the room. Also the curtains did not block the light or noise, I am use to a heavy drape to help offset this issue. This is billed as a luxury hotel and for the price point I expected the nice extras you like full size water, a well appointed coffee station. The room was pretty but spare except for a large container of hand sanitizer on the dresser and a QR Code. Also the linens were fine but nothing fitting the description. Towels were soft but thin as were the robes. Again for a marketed $500 room I expect more. We have stayed at the Omni, The Renaissance and The Dean in Providence and wanted to give this a try for a romantic overnight. I wouldn't spend the money again.
