Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... The hotel restaurant attached was good too, would recommend eating there. Shoutout to Roberto, who was an extremely helpful staff member there. The only let down was that the beds provided were not the most comfortable. They were two single beds pushed together rather than a double, or the sort. "

The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. Would stay here again if I returned. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating. Especially since the breakfast (came with price of room) was super! Loved the piano...
