"We were unfortunate to visit Finland in an uncommon heat wave, which the hotel (and most finnish hotels as well) was not prepared to. We were resourceful and opened the big window which people usually only open to clean and that way we had tons of chilled air during the night. besides that, breakfast was simple yet tasty, generous and enough to satisfy your needs. the staff was helpful and friendly. the atmosphere is quiet and the view to the lake was astonishing! "New property but it is quite seperate from the village. My taxi dropped me off at Village because i asked him to but i didnt realize my hotel was so far as in required gondola ride with my luggage. Fine but i didnt realize that there was no easy walking path."
