"The property itself and the ruins were a sight to be seen. It appears as though efforts are being exuded to improve the lodging however the toilet didn’t flush so we requested to change rooms the second night. Internet was down, pool was dirty, grounds unkept. There is no air conditioning, only a fan provided. Extremely quiet due to the remote location. Staff were as helpful as possible."

"If you are going to Soissons then we would highly recommend you stay at this property . It was amazing , the bed was so comfortable and the ambiance of the house was delightful, our host was excellent and went out of his way to look after us , giving us an early breakfast so we could get an early train . "This place is horrendous and Hotels.com should de-list it immediately. They tried to put us in an ancient Caravan that looked like it hadn't been used for years. Seriously I would be reluctant to put our dog in it. The Fridge was being cleaned (outside the Caravan) when we arrived but we couldnt quite see anything due to the flies swarming around it. The bedding also looked dirty and grubby. We had no choice but to immediately get back in the car and find somewhere else. I asked for my money...
