"This is a great hotel, lots of positives like fantastic sea view from the Deluxe rooms, exceptional breakfast with lots of variety, nice pools, 15 min walk to the beach, friendly staff who accommodated early check-in due to flight arriving early morning. Only negative, walking back up the steep hill after an evening out, it would be great if the hotel offered a shuttle service to the beach and back."

"We have stayed here now 7 times, we like the original rooms and original location, but this area is now in need of a thorough refurbishment. Looks like they are just patching this area up. The staff here are wonderful and is the main reason we come back."

"We loved Zenmaya Oceanfront Zeascape. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Mike the resort manager had excellent communication, and wanted to ensure we were happy and taken care of. If you’re looking for a relaxing couple of nights, this is the place to go, we had a room with a shared pool and couldn’t be happier. A little out of the way, so not really walkable to shops or other restaurants, they have a new Executive Chef on staff so we are excited to see what he does with the menu."

"Very noisy near the mid-night time when the fisherman's boats return to the pier nearby - Air cond leaking, reported and did not get fixed. - refridgerator was set too cold, soda water bottle cracked and leaving shattered glasses inside. - Checkout day luggages pick up was little messed up."
