"This was a absolutely great place to stay! The room exceeded my expectations! The kitchen has a stove, full refrigerator, bottled water, hot water maker and all cooking and eating utensils needed. The bed was so comfortable is was hard getting up, The AC works awesome and the bathroom had hot water. The location is the best! Across the street from the mall, restaurants and grocery stores. The building was safe and staff friendly. Easy check in. I will definitely return here. "

"The property is a beautiful facility. However, the rooms are individually owned and for my stay, I was moved three times for pest control. I was only given one key for me and my family. When the door closed with the key inside, I was forced to pay a locksmith to open the room. An additional key was not provided nor would the front desk open the unit. The staff that worked the facility was extremely nice, professional, and seemingly compassionate individuals. I believe it can be a much better...

"Birch tower is a great place to stay if you want convenience. There are multiple hosts offering stays in the same building so keep that in mind. I can tell you this host takes hospitality to heart and is very accommodating to guest needs. She has multiple units, mine had a great view of the city skyline!"
