"We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. "My wife and I had the best time on our vacation, the service was out of this world, the restaurant food was fantastic, so much to chose from , our stay was for one week and we ate like a King, never had a bad meal and our last night there we had fresh lobster for $17.00 and was a good size to, the hotel staff was the best, I will be returning there again next January.
