"I like it when the hotel has a list of activities marked clearly with prices. I think it’s very considerate of the hotel to provide shuttle service to the park. Breakfast has a lot of variety and operating at convenient hours. The staff are all polite and cordial especially Sheno (sorry, I misspelled your name) who is very resourceful and professional, giving customers helpful advice and information. Thank you! "

"You couldn’t get located much closer to the main attraction of the area. Clean, tidy and the reception were amazing at helping us book activities. Would recommend staying at this hotel. "

"We were only there one night, but it was a nice clean room and bathroom, had good patient staff, and even though we didn't use the pool, if we were staying longer we certainly would have. It was beautifully blue, clear and inviting. The travertines which we came to see were within a couple of 100m of the place. The town very laid back and friendly, was well worth the trip."

"AC was not working. Complain about AC but staff did not take any action. Requested Iron 3 times then finally they provided the Iron. "

"This hotel is perfectly located across from the travertines and near lots of restaurants. Parking is free on-site and there’s an excellent breakfast buffet, which is also free. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, and could use a top sheet, but the service is incredibly warm, friendly, and charming."
