"My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was so accommodating and very nice. From the front desk, waitress/waiters, to the bartender. It was such a relaxing 2 days. There was a gentleman who was sitting at the bar there that asked if he could play the piano, and he sounded so good. We enjoyed our stay and would come again:)"

"I loved that the floors were not carpeted. It made the room feel cleaner. The bathroom fixtures were older, which I didn’t mind but I could have done without the cockroach I found in the bathroom. The area outside in front of our door smelled like pee. It looked clean though, I guess maybe it came from people, letting their dogs pee in a patch of dirt out front."

"I’m by no means a hotel snob, but I was still surprised at how well the experience at this Hilton Garden Inn in Palo Alto. Traffic was a nightmare and I was able to chat with the staff directly (as a passenger) and clarify details. The keyless mobile feature was nice, allowing me to use the phone to check in, check out and enter my room. If you’re visiting the peninsula, I’d actually drive a city or two to stay here now that I know what to expect. "
