"The staff at Omni Hotel are exceptional. From the valet parking service to the front desk, everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities, overall, are good, but the shower in our room was very small and somewhat uncomfortable to use. Another point of concern was the availability of the hotel's café. On weekends, the café opens quite late, making it difficult to get a coffee early in the morning. In a downtown area, having to wait until 11:00 or 12:00 for the café to open is inconvenient, especially when other options are limited."

"Very clean, comfortable beds and reasonable rates. Walkable to great food options. Felt very safe. The check in process took a little long but it was a 3 day weekend so I expected as much."

"The front desk staff were helpful and never in a rush. I always felt listened to and taken seriously. They let me preview the room because my mom needs accessible room. They said it had a tub...I asked did it have a hand held shower and a bench. They assured me it did, but told me to look the room over to make sure it would work for us. I did. It was spacious and clean. The tub was not too high to step in and the bench and handheld shower were perfect. I forgot to put my parking permit in my car and they checked to make sure I hadn't been flagged. They put me at ease and never seemed bothered by my many questions. Their hotel was close to all the family gatherings I needed to attend . I would definitely go back."

"Beautiful building and grounds. Shuttle a bit slow to arrive, and elevators get a bit overwhelmed at times, but otherwise all was great! Well appointed rooms, pool and hot tub were great too."

"So great. We are luxuriating in a wonderful room the beds are so comfortable we don’t want leave. The room is very large and we have a view of Hollywood Blvd. The front desk receptionist was so friendly and nice made us feel welcome. I wish we could stay longer. "
