"We loved the property but the hot tub beside the pool was being worked on so there was some noise during the day. "

"Beautiful location, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Rooms were dirty and very worn and in need of maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have a dish drying rack and cleaning utensils like a broom. Some tupperware would have been great too. All that said I enjoyed my stay there, they just need to focus a bit more on room maintenance "

"It was a compact hotel room not serviced during 3 night stay had to buy tea coffee sugar only 2 stores locally so prices were very high paid $6.50 for a botttle of water $5.50 for 10 teabags "

"Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately Expedia or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!"

"There are 3 pools and multiple spas, so lots of space to chill out. The pools are by far the best thing about the resort. "
