We found the registration process very complex and required info. that is not usually needed for a hotel stay. All access to hotel, elevator, room required a seven digit code, which was too long. No telephone in room, lack of warming colours, rather harsh lighting which was not always useful made the place rather industrial. Location was excellent for tourists, or for persons doing business in centertown. If you are driving a large vehicle, the parking will be a problem! Access and exit is very narrow.
