Check in was a headache. I like myself and others tried to check in 2.46pm but got told to wait until 3pm. There’s only 5 seats and they were all occupied so I had to sit on the floor. The room on the 23rd floor has an air vent that’s quite loud and cars/motorbikes can be heard while trying to sleep. Other than that the hotel was good

My stay was not that bad. I mean, the area around was good. My issue was that nobody could understand me properly, even with Google Translate. I hope they hire more people who actually speak English. Another thing is, during my stay, I asked them to clean my room. I called them, then I went downstairs to put in the request, and they took my key to clean it. When I returned, I waited in line to get my key back, but when I went to the room, nobody had cleaned it, and even the garbage was still full."
