I have been visiting Florida for decades and this was the first time I have been in a facility where there were waterbugs in the kitchen area and primary bedroom. I have a terrible aversion to them and having them appear in the suite made me disgusted.

Our 2nd stay here. Wonderful ! Constant cleaning and tidying the place. Lots of staff available for any assistance. Our flight left late and they helped us worh through later check out. All good. One of our favorites.

The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The room was gorgeous and clean, and I loved the screened-in balcony. The shuttle schedule was confusing, but it was easy to use Uber or Lyft since the resort is so close to everything.
