"It is challenging to find a room for 7 people. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We got the presidential suite so we obviously had a lot of room. However, I feel like there should’ve been more towels given we had 7 people for 2 nights and 3 days. Also it was confusing initially to check in. "Nice that room had in-suite amenities like washer, microwave, and stove top, even if we didn’t use them during our short stay. Room itself was just okay, and not in the best shape. Bed was hard and small, wallpaper had tears around the room, and there was a bit of an odour. "It was fantastic. Its only 8 levels so its not one of those fancy hotels but we absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave. "The location was really convenient, and the fact that the hotel had a styler, laundry machine and a stove top was definitely a plus. However, the bed was one of the most uncomfortable thing ever. The bedding was nice, but sleeping on the mattress was worse than sleeping on the floor. Plus, the room was really dry. But the staff was really helpful and kind. If they decide to change the mattress, I would even consider staying here again. "
