"Oh my goodness I love this hotel!!! Jan, the manager, went out of his way to help us with EVERYTHING. The room was lovely. The bathroom had a great shower and L’Occitane products. The bathroom floor was heated. There was a vanity mirror so that my old eyes could see to do my makeup. I loved having a kettle in the room. There was also a stocked refrigerator. The air conditioner was perfect. The breakfast…oh the breakfast! You should just come here to eat breakfast. Oh my word! Divine! So many...

"Good location but not as depicted on web. Very old bathroom, kitchen basic and not up to today’s standard. Needs a proper mirror not a tiny shaving mirror. Mirror on bathroom cabinet too high to use. Balcony was only a shared terrace and unsuitable for tourists. Light fittings in kitchen and bathroom had no covers leaving wires exposed. We had to request cleaners after 4 days as no towels, tea towels etc."

"Tony was a brilliant host. He was so easy to communicate with through phone or Whatsapp. He allowed us to keep our bags in the flat after check out as we had a late flight & could explore more of the city. The location of the apartment is absolutely superb!! Right in the centre of the Palace. The apartment is located in a pedestrian only zone so you do have to walk with your luggage through the cobblestone streets but the apartment is very easy to find. Everything worth seeing was within 5/10...

This was slightly annoying, but to be fair, I was provided with alternative accommodation. The first night I spent in an apartment with a room with two beds and there was a bathroom. "Totally didnt expect how cozy and cute the hotel is judging by the photos.didnt know Split well before.once we got there,reallized how convenient the location is,and totally safe even it looks like situated by a small alley but its one of the entrance to the old town or some sort..peoples everywhere."
