"The staff members at this location were wonderful! Front desk, pool / beach security, pool attendants, our floor attendant Jessica all were so very kind and helpful with everything on our 4 day stay. The hotel is located right on the beach, next to many delicious restaurants and so close to the airport and Old San Juan. Beautiful beach and pool. We stayed in an Ocean View room and the views were spectacular. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. "

"The Desk Attendant was very attentive. (I can't remember her name). She was able to get us an early check in which dramatically changed our day for the better. She was awesome. The whole staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facilities were fantastic. The pool, the beach, the restaurants were fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!"

"I had an arrival at midnight and staffwere welcoming and quick. The rooms are small and bathrooms tiled but older, but very comfortable especially for one person or a couple glad to be close. Obvious convenience of access to the airport make this a win and I will gladly stay every early or late flight from now on."

"Amazing and friendly staff, 24 hour market for late night beers or snacks. Multiple pools, and free water sport items that can be used. The ocean water is calm and small wildlife can be spotted in the more remote areas."
