"The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. "Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. We didnt have any power until our last day there. Because we were visiting friends, we stayed anyway. The owner took great care of us! The townhome and bedrooms...

"This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. "

"Overall, it was nice and all of us enjoyed the whole duration of our stay. I can say that I may recommend it to our friends. Though I have just one concern. The owner, is quite strange regarding our booking schedule payment. They are charging us in cash while we already paid it in full using the credit card. That's the only thing it seems weird to me. Other than that, we're fine though. Thanks!"

"Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. Stay elsewhere."
