"All the basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included in the room no need to bring your shampoo (they have large-sized bottles at the shower). I also read that if you call their front desk they will provide a razor, shaving cream, and toothbrush if you ever forgot to pack one. Excellent staff! There is a parking garage perfect for parking your car at night. We felt safe around the area. Only if they add more options for the breakfast, that would be great. Will come back...

"Cannot reach the number on the itinerary to arrange for check-in/keys. Got to the address. House is all dark. No way to get in. Sketchy neighborhood. On the phone with Expedia for a long time to find the owner of the house. No luck. Expedia found an alternative accommodation - a 2 star hotel at the same price - a far cry from the Vacation Home we were expecting. Expedia was not informed this property is no longer for listing. Horrible experience with 3 tired kids late in the night...

"Please save urself a headache DO NOT BOOK! I contacted the management company multiple times no answer! People already rented the house for the month when I arrived. Called the management company finally she answered and didn't give a crap about anything, she was rude, n obnoxious! I had difficulty finding another room at great rate. Please remove this house and anything affiliated with this company! "
