"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"The hotel was a great place to relax and enjoy the sea and sand and sun! Plenty of great restaurants too in the area and next to a large 24/7 pharmacy and the free trolley transport. We particularly enjoyed the pool, large room and convenient kitchenette. Even thought the hotel might not work well for the ‘fussy kind of person’ ( it needs a bit of touch up here and there), we’ll return for sure!"

Expedia offers a room with a partial ocean view, but that’s almost impossible since the hotel is not located right on front of the beach. Breakfast is included by the menu is very limited and is the same every single day. Front desk crew is very kind and helpful Even though the company’s rules Wouldn’t provide them with too many solutions For the clients (In my case, they couldn’t even search in...
