Pros: Great location, walking distance to NF Park. The room was nicely decorated. The restaurant service service was very good. Cons: Maid service was awful. I requested each day that the room be made up, put the sign on the door, and told the front desk, but nothing was done. After complaining to the front desk, only a mediocre job was done in the early evenings. Some of towels are so worn that they have big holes in them.

Great part of town! Able to walk everywhere. Kabbi was a wonderful, welcoming, helpful hostess! The staff in the bar/restaurant were VERY NEW and unsure how to make their signature specialty drinks without using the recipe book. Their tap/craft beer selection was less than stellar, as almost 1/2 were unavailable. Breakfast had a variety of choices. However, 2 of us had burnt bacon and overdone eggs. And wait time was very long, even though only 3 tables, including ours, were occupied. Staff all very nice though. With experience and training, I’m sure things will improve, they’ve got a good base of wait staff.

Beautiful hotel. The decor and visual appearance is very modern and unique. We stayed here twice during our trip- nonconsecutive nights. First night was great, room was clean, quiet area. Second night was booked separately and we were given a room right next to a busy and loud housekeeping/laundry room. It felt like that shouldn't have been a guest room. The pumps on some of the bottles for hand soap and body wash were broken and we had to find other solutions. The only thing that would deter me from coming back is the possibility of getting that first-floor-next-to-laundry/housekeeping room again. Aside from that, I very much enjoyed the stay here.

No one was at the front to assist but showed 10 minutes later. No way to prompt for service (ie: bell, buzzer). Our room was opposite elevator, very noisy with people entering and exiting elevator. Balcony view was of the massive ventilation system. I suggest the management book all other rooms first.
