Very clean room and bathroom, nice complimentary bath products and spa slippers. Steam shower and free jacuzzi upgrade. Staff was professional and courteous.For breakfast would have preferred two eggs since one guest was gluten free the other guest did not receive an egg dish.

Loved the (clean) room overall, fireplace is a great bonus, and the steam shower is fabulous!! The breakfast to your room added the perfect touch after prior day of exploring the falls and the surroundings. Very friendly staff and the location was awesome!! Will return in the future!!

Beautiful clean hotel. This hotel is truly underrated especially if you look at the exterior it just looks like a regular hotel. The rooms are impeccable, large spacious suite with a large bathroom that includes a jet tub, stand up shower, and separate toilet area which is a plus. Very clean room, and linen. Excellent service, complimentary breakfast and water was great and much appreciated! This hotel is so much better than the others in Niagara, better than the expensive ones too. Highly recommended. We would stay here whenever we visit the area, and I am already recommending them to our friends. Thanks Sterling Inn and Spa for making our trip memorable.
