Only thing good is that it is infront of the outlet mall but either than that.. the room we had entered was not clean.. there were ants in the room.. you can tell the window seal cracks have not been cleaned because black stuff starting to form on them... they are selling water bottles for $4 and the pull out bed was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Over all poor quality and will not be returning to ramada hotel. Thank you for the experience... the price was $150 a night with ants.

I was initially told for the king suite I had booked it had a smart TV and had YouTube and Netflix, etc. It was my mini vacation away and all I wanted was to watch movies in a luxurious room. After hours of staff trying to figure how to get those apps on the TV they could not. But a big shout-out to Steve who did the best he could. I was told it could be compromised with a late check out of 4 pm, only to have the hotel room door smashed in and have a cop escort me out because I didn't check out at the usual time of 11am, after being told I had a late checkout. Very polite lady at the front desk when I checked in and great waiters at the sports bar, but very hostile staff. Apparently the person by the name of "Van" was a new employee and didn't even tell me that a late check out was going to be $500 extra. Not only did I get charged extra, I didn't get my promised late check out and was humiliated by being escorted out by police. Not the type of service you'd expect from staying in the most expensive room in the hotel. Sketchy area, don't come here.
