Sarae along with other staff members were very kind. I mentioned we were in New York to celebrate my wife’s birthday and my sister inlaw birthday and before we made it to the room they decorated my room and my sister in law’s room with balloons, a card and snacks. The location is very close to restaurants and broadway theaters along with time square. Very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us.
